I requested a quote for a new X3. The responsable persons from Pinicle Autohouse in Secunda gave me 2 quotes - a vehicle which they reserved and a new one tro be built. After excepting the quote on the reserved vehicle and the trade-in, I was informed the following day, the vehicle cannot be released and was offered a nsimmilar vehivcle, with a different colour. This not meeting my requirements, the sales manager promised to keep me up-dated on a daily basis intheir search for a vehicle. To date (3 weeks later) no feedback. Contact with the sales representative, with promises on feedbeck also did not happen. If this is not a good example of ignorance towards potensial clients, I do not noiw. No BMW for me in future with such stinking service - luckely Audi SA had good service providers and a Q5 is parked in my garage..
