We purchased tickets via ticket pro for the recent Dolphins vs cricket game and selected Postnet Windermere as the prefered branch for collection as the branch was open on the Sunday morning. On arrival at the branch Anastasia was the only one on duty. We mentioned we were there to collect our ticket pro tickets, her response "I can't help you as I dont have access to the system". Without finding as solution, I had to enquire why she had no access, she said only the manager has access and she works on Sundays only and she continued to tell me I must read the sign"Commisioner of Oath on leave from 31st Dec until 13th Jan" what was that meant to mean to me, I wasnt there to certify documents. I had to insist she call her manager in which she failed (heaven forbid there were a fire). I then insisted she call ticket pro to find a sloution, this also failed. Being from the service industry myself, this is a shocking level of such. I suggest ticket pro find a new partner as partnerships like this could loose you alot of money!!!
