A WEEK GOES BY AND NO RESPONSE!!

A week has gone by since my complaint about the pirate battery in the Jeep that was sold to me by CDJ Centurion. The 72 point check failed to reveal a hole in the spare wheel, yet I must believe that the 72 point check was properly performed on the battery. Oh, I must remember that it was my responsibility to point out the pirate battery on receipt of the vehicle! I think I should report this to the Consumer Tribunal as well!! The consultant answering these complaints is also the one who supposedly would ha ve phoned me back on 2 occasions which just never happened!!!
