Since November 2012 send my bike back

In Nov 2012 my brother ask Jon-way to service my scooter, because they travel a lot and lately it breakdown a lot.
I had the scooter at several dealers but it just got worse. They fetch the scooter and done some work and return it 2 weeks later it gives problems again, since nov we ask for copies of job cards and this morning it is dead again. These days i got a new deodorant call petrol, i smell like petrol and guess what they can't find the problem.

They bend themselves backwards to help us, but why not fix the problem and i wont bother them.
