Nissan South Africa
Service advisors useless

Cars & Transport

I've booked my Nissan Juke for service on 1 March 2013. That morning I've asked the service advisor to check my breaks and let me know if they are almost finish. At 16:00 I've phone to asked what is happening with my car as I didn't get any feedback from him yet. He advised me that my car was ready for collection. I've then asked and my break and got the reply everything is fine. When I got to the dealer he told me that my breaks would not last till the next service and that I have to replace them before my next service. Also that my one wiper needs to be replaced. I took the day leave for these kinds of issues to be resolved on my car and now I still have issues and have to take another day leave to fix the problems they could have fixed in the first place. He then told me that they don't have any stock of the breaks and could not help me with it. Later that evening I realised I also never got my service book back and needed to return to fetch the book. I also believe part of the problem is that Nissan over book themselves with services and in turn give no service at all. Your service is shocking lately.
