BMW does not help its customers

Cars & Transport

I have a new BMW 320i purchased 1st April 2012, I had to put in 5 tins of oil as the oil gauge said it was short of oil. at 15, 000km I raised the alarm and the car was checked and told drive it for another 2, 000km, which I did then all the lights came on and the car cut out this happened 2. The vehicle started smoking badly and all sorts of little things went wrong.
My dealership could not sort the problems out which is now nearly 8 weeks without my own vehicle and it has been to 4 dealerships, I only know this because I get the sms messages thanking me for servicing my vehicle.
I have met with the BMW CEO and a certain agreement was reached but after I left I received a call saying they had a replacement vehicle a year older and 20, 000km more on the clock. This is an insult to my intelligence. If you purchase some thing from PnP or Woolworths and its a bad defect they replace it so why is BMW any different. As a result I am hugely out of pocket and the quality of the loan vehicle is very suspect and problematical. This shows that BMW does not care and they are not prepared to take a know when they sell you a defective motor vehicle. It looks like going interenational.
