I am renting a car from this company and last year on the 27 october 12when I collected the car! I was told is come with insurance and maintanance plan
In november last I had a hale damage to the car I went back to report it and was told I must pay R6000 from my pocket for the car to be fixed as the Insurence will not pay for that.

In september the car was due for its service and I had a problem with the car, I called and emailed Mahomed about my problems regarding the car! He only replied two weeks after and only when I asked what should it happen to me!

His reply on the email was I should take the car to nearest. Nissan dealer and book it for service and to check the problem

I called springs nissan and booked the car! I took the car in and at around 11h00 the lady from nissan called me and said to me! Who is coming to pay the money as they need payment upfront before they can attend to the problem

I tols them the car is still under maintanance plan and if they don't believe they casn phone mahomed,

She asked to come back to me after speaking to mahomed which she did! And told me that they said I should pay for the car service and expenses as they won't be paying! The ca
