No delivery

I've purchased a bag from pick-n-pay to get some document delivered urgently the parcel was collected on the 3rd of December already - still not delivered - today its the 12th - after 9 days I got a call from someone that tell me I have to pay another R270 to get this parcel delivered - that's ridiculous - because I have send parcels to cape town and not once did I had to pay extra - so I have to pay nearly R400 for only 6 papers to be delivered I mean really now - that's not all when I asked them to deliver it to my home adres I was told that I have to pay for that as well - how can that be possible - apart from the fact that the documents are very very urgent - I want them delivered to the stated adres or to my place and I refuse to pay another cent - why do you people offer a service if you cant deliver and why do you people ask for email adresses and contact no's if you don't use them - you phoned me because someone on facebook followed up on my complaint - I'm not stupid - plse deliver my parcel so that we can move on and believe me I'll think twice in using you again
