VERY VERY disappointed and upset about service

I took my car in on a Monday for repairs and the people at reception said my car will be don that Friday. When I got there on the Friday they said no sorry you will definitely get your car the coming Wednesday (which is today 27 Feb 2013) when i phoned them today to ask what time I can collect my car they now tell me I can only get it on Thursday. Every time they have a different excuse I am losing clients because I promise them I will meet with them today now again I need to cancel because Auto-magic cant keep their promises. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN take my car to them or suggest ANY ONE to do business with them I am really VERY disappointed and upset.
