I recently claimed for a damaged bumper and side mirror and was referred to Auto Magic in Parow. They first said it would take 3 days which later turned into a week due to the incorrect bumper that was ordered. Either the team of auto magic are incompetent or the suppliers. Either way this should not be the customers problem. In this time I was without a car for a week and all I got was an sms of an estimated completion date. No phone call. no explanation, nothing. I then collected my car (due to my request) and was told that I could bring it back once the bumper was there and it would take a day. Today is Thursday (another week later) and NO ONE from Auto Magic called me to let me know that the bumper was still not around - AGAIN really poor service from Auto Magic. The service Manager Marlon was apologetic but did not seem to perturbed at all that I was really upset on the other side of the phone and that I said I would lodge a complaint. Had I not collected my car last Friday, I would have been without a car for 2 weeks with no result and no calls from Marlon at Auto Magic! I am curious to see how Auto Magic will handle this.
