On the 20/02/2013 i collect my brand new sandero and on the 23/02/2013 we realised it had a scratch on the windscreen and side mirror and on monday morning i returned the car and only after they saw that they cannot remove the scratch and wanted to blame me and cannot explain to me what is wrong its either their wipers are faulty and renualt deceided to not even call me. i dont want this car to be repaired i dint buy a second hand car and i want this matter to be resolved by tomorrow 12h00 and if not let me cancel the deal and i will go where they know how to threat a customer and i am very disappointed with the service i received so far.
