Renault Sandero 1.6 United hail Damagae

Cars & Transport

Hi,

My car is a 2010 Renault Sandero with a millage of 25600 on the clock. Saturday I decided to get a valuation on my car and they told me my car is spotless. I wanted to buy the new Clio 4. Sunday my husband takes my car to throw in petrol, the oil pump goes. Monday I phoned Renault assist to tow my car in, I did not sign any documents. Monday evening at about 16.:45 I spoke to the workshop Manager and he told me they were just pulling in my car. We had a big hail storm on Monday at about 6 o" clock, so I thought my car is at least safe in Renault's workshop. Tuesday I get a call telling me there is hail damage to my car and they are not taking any responsibility for the damage to my car. I am sitting without transport, I need to get to work and back. He bluntly told me that it is not his problem and he is not taking any blame. I work hard for my money, I now have to pay the excess on the insurance myself and get myself to work and back. What has happened to the friendly Renault dealership, I always praised? This has now totally put me off Renault and Renault East Rand, there is no more customer care!!! Surely they should put their customers first.
