Recurring flat battery on 2012 Dodge journey RT

My new Dodge had to be towed to John Williams workshop on Saturday morning, 23/11/2013, as it failed to start, for the third time in the 11 monhts (and 14658km on the clock) I own it. A technician advised me on Saturday morning that its the battery and that they don't have one in stock, never-mind my plans.
I mailed the consumer desk of Chrysler on Monday, 25/11, detailing my dissatisfaction with the effectiveness of the repairs (battery replacements) previously done on the vehicle and the fact that the problem keeps recurring at three monts intervals.
I further request that a proper diagnostic need to be done in establishing what is causing the persistent new battery failures, in other words, get to the root of the new batteries not lasting beyond 3 months.
Three days later, today, I again mailed the consumer desk for an update as the vehicle is still at the dealer with no report forthcoming.
I was subsequently phoned by the local technician, just to inform me that a new battery has being fitted (problem solved!!??). Not a word on what is causing the battery failures. It's thus my opinion that there's no commitment from Chrysler provide a lasting solution to the problem.
