Bad attitude of incompotent manage

I received a response from Postnet as to the complaint I laid on 10 December 2012, but I am not satisfied with the response I received. The response spoke only about a problem with the software, whereas my complaint was about the bad attitude of the incompetent manager who refused to help me and even refused to take a look at the computer. He only claimed that the problem was with my document, and that for him to show me where the problem was, I had to pay R50 - when the problem was with their software and NOT my document! I find it unacceptable that managers treat their costumers like that! What happened to "the customer is always right"? All I wanted was for the manager (or anyone of the staff) to assist me and show me what printer settings I had to use! Where in your life do you find that you have to pay R50 to receive any kind of service from a place? Managers and staff members are suppose to assist their clients and not just sit on their backsides!
