SPECIAL? WHAT SPECIAL?

This morning I went shopping for a new vehicle and stopped at Hyundai Annlin West. Ilse Botha Sales Lady helped me in a very professional way and gave me all the figures I left the dealership with intention to buy from Ilse. Then I got a sms from my son that Hyundai has a R5000 CashBack special so I send Ilse a sms to ask about it cause she didn't mention anything. At first she sms back that she don't know about the special and then she sms me that she gave the R5000 on my trade-in and then again she sms to say she know nothing about the special and it's not @ their branch??? I told her to stop lying cause she's lying in circles now and not to worry I bought @another branch and no heart feelings. The next moment Nadia (sales manager) phones me with such a bad attitude she said why am I upsetting her sales lady? I told Nadia to read the sms'e that I send to see for herself and that I will not allow her (Nadia) to talk to me in such an unprofessional attitude way. I phoned the branch manager Derick Curtis and told him the whole story He didn't even apologise nothing just said he will take the matter up and thanks for phoning?? This is very unprofessional for such a huge company as Hyu
