I have been experiencing the most annoying service from Hyundai. I bought an i20 and the sale service was fine but I must say I was not very chuffed about their after sales service. My issue was that it took forever for me to get any of the things sorted that needed to be sorted out. From driving to the branch to be sent back home and told that they didn't book in the car meanwhile they confirmed the booking with me. to them taking in the car and have them have it the whole day then tell me when its time to collect it tell me that they couldn't fix it cause they didn't have the relevant authorization. mind you authorization that is n merely a phone call away between the two branches. And what I find most annoying is that they tell me to call the branch and get the authorization, but be able to confirm the booking. Nothing is more frustrating than bad after sales service and a big I DONT CARE attitude from the consultants to add insult to injury. just cause unlike anything else you buy you cant send your car back for dissatisfaction with their product. I have not found any joy from buying my car from Hyundai I really wish I had gone and gotten myself another car from another company
