I have been shunted back and forth from consultants at the Bankcity branch. First my account was frozen, my overdraft was not linked to my account and then a courier company failed to deliver my new Chequa card. I logged a complaint and in less then 24 Hours Nadia Hannamon contacted me to resolve the problem. She contacted me personally to explain the procedure and to apologise on behalf on the consultants at the branch, (though it was not her fault). she was very patient and polite with me even when i was upset- Nadia has been a great help and FNB should very proud of her! i do belive that Nadia Hannamon shoul receive recognition from FNB for a job well done!
