Appalling service

I purchased a demo car from VW Rivonia, part of the deal was i get R8 000.00 credit for mags. alternatively i would get a cheque for for an equivalent amount.
it has been 3 years and neither the cheque nor the mags have been delivered.

i sent the same vehicle in for check up and i was assured it would be ready at the end of the day.
it is the 3rd day today and i still do not have a vehicle.
i have been flustered with excuses and what i feel are empty apologies.

vw rivonia does not appreciate the urgency of accurate and effective communication. E.g. to them "i will call you in 15 minutes" and not calling back are synonymous!
