(Mccarthy VW Durban) Bad service and Damaged goods

My car was towed into Mccarthy VW Durban on the 24th of December 2012, the car is still with them after all this time. I had to call the service advisor various times and he would promise to call back but didnt. The car had an issue with the Gear shift, when i called them a week before last i was notified that the issue with the gear shift had been resolved; but now my windows were not operational. I told the service advisor that my windows were operational when the car was brought in, when the car was on the side of the road i kept opening the windows for the metro cops who wanted me to move the vehicle from the road. I cannot understand what happened to my vehicle while it was in their workshop, i am not willing to pay for those window motors that have stopped functioning since they had my vehicle.
