FNB Bank Card

Most useless bunch of people i have had the misfortune to deal with. Had notification that my card would be delivered on Friday 1st. Courier never arrived. No phone calls or apologies. I phoned on Monday morning - new arrangements made to deliver. Still no delivery or phone calls. Phoned numerous times to no avail. No one phones you back. No follow up. No apology. Maybe a complaint laid with police for of a bank card would motivate this useless bunch of people. FNB please stop using this courier service. Does do you credit.
5th day waiting for delivery - lets see if it arrives before promised time - otherwise a visit to the police station is in order.
