ON THE 21 DECEMBER MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE PREMISES F TYGERBERG MULTIFRANCHISE. AN ACCIDENT CAUSED BY ONE OF THEIR STAFF.
WE WERE GIVEN A COURTESY CAR FOR THE DURATION THAT IT TOOK FOR OUR CAR TO BE FIXED UP TO STANDARD.
WELL, WE RECEIVED OUR CAR BACK ON TUESDAY, 19TH FEBRUARY 2013. AFTER TAKING IT BACK ON THE 11TH JANUARY 2013 CAUSE THE WORK DONE ON THE CAR WAS WAY BELOW STANDARD. AND BECAUSE MY BATTERY WAS PRACTICALLY DEAD... WE HAD TO PUSH START THE CAR FROM THE PREMISES, MY SPARE WHEEL AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES WITH IT WAS MISPLACED AND THE SPRAY WORK DONE WAS JUST NASTY.
WE TOOK THE CAR BACK THIS MORNING, 21ST FEBRUARY 2013, BECAUSE THE LIGHT THAT WAS FITTED, THE ONE THAT THEY DAMAGED, DID NOT WRK WITH THE MECHANISM OF THE CAR. THE NEW LIGHT COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED LIKE THE LEFT ONE. AND WHY WOULD YOU RELACE THE NEW BULB WITH A YELLOW LIGHT WHEN THE LEFT BULB IS WHITE!
WE HAVE ASKED FOR A CERTIFICATE STATING THAT THE PANELSHOP USED IS APPROVED BY RENAULT... WE ARE BEING IGNORED. I HAVE CHECKED THE RENAULT WEBSITE AND THEY NOT ON THE LIST.
THERES A MISS ON THE CAR WHEN WE DRIVE... AND THE CAR JERKS PROFUSELY... THAT WAS NOT THERE ON THE 21ST DECEMBER 2012.
FIX MY CAR!!!
