Hi
I bought a radiator from Goldwagen Centurion with a 12 month full factory guarantee and warranty
I installed it and then had the cooling system checked by a qualified mechanic and it was passed
- 3000km & a month later the radiator has failed
I returned the radiator to GW Centurion only to be told i must buy another one and fill out a claim form and wait 2weeks.
I told them I cant afford another radiator so it needs to happen asap.
I got a report back the same day i took it to GW and the report says my car has a bad earth that's the reason for the failure
I phoned my mechanic and he told me that if it had a bad earth he would of picked it up and that they are scamming me.
So i phoned GW and told them ill fetch it and get a 2nd opinion.
Gw then quickly phoned me back to tell me that they will send it for a 2nd opinion and pay for it!
I went back to GW to see the first report and the photos thats in that report don't even look like my radiator!
I don't want to fight i just want a refund simple.
But if this isnt resolved i will be taking legal action.
The warranty i have isn't worth the paper its printed on
I am highly disappointed in GW
