I was asked to pay for mobile airtime

Dear Sir/ Ma'am

My parcel was delivered on the 20 February 2013. As I was unaware that they were coming to deliver the parcel it was delayed which I understand for the late arrival. However this morning, a friendly gentleman confirmed with me that they were coming to deliver the package which I found it very professional.

However when the person come to deliver, he began to complain about not being able to find me and then told me that because he was trying to contact me, his airtime was finished and that I had to give him some money for his airtime. He was persistent in asking me for money for his airtime. When I told him, I will ask your employer about this, he reacted by saying when can he come a collect the money for his airtime.
