Worst service ever!

I bought a new Kia Cerato 2. last year. After the car went for its first service in Dec '12 I start having problems with engine noise and heavy fuel consumption. The car has been back twice with them and still no difference. The last time the car stood with them for 2 days and they did not work on it. I went and fetch my car with the promise that they will let me know whats going on. Its almost been a week now and still no feedback.

I think KIa South Africa need to step up and give me answers.
