Audi The Glen Shocking Service!!

We bought a car from Audi the Glen in Jan, & explained our needs in car ie low fuel consump etc, we followed their advice & bought this spesific model from them, before we signed the agr. we req all specs of the car to be completely sure of everything before signing. Some were supplied except for the fuel consumption we req numerous times, by the service manager Jan. We had the car for a month when we took it back, the clutch started to shutter, wheel balancing wasnt done & the window switch wasnt working - this for a car that was supposedly sent to AA! We asked them to check as the car is very heavy on fuel, when we got it back they said everything was sorted & nothing is wrong with fuel consumption, it got worse! we asked them to find us another car or we will cancell as this is not what they said we would get from the car, eventually we got a car -same story this car was sent in for the clutch, radio&hum noise on the engine they fixed it acc to them, two days ago all the above is faulty again & now they refuse to give a courtesy car causing loss of income as we cannot get to work all for a job that they couldn't do properly the 1st time - who is gonna refund us for loss of income!!!
