I received a sms asking whether I was satisfied with the previous work that was done on my Giulietta to which I replied no due to a rattle noise which was not fixed. The next morning Mary from Alfa Hatfield phoned and suggest a time to repair the issue. I took my car in and also enquired about a engine issue and a rattle in the dashboard. Their driver was not available so a sales representative took me home and fetched me as my car was done by 14:00, everything fixed and rattle free. It runs like a dream...
