Never fixes a problem when asked to

As i am writing this i am very frustrated by the service kia gives its customers.

the first time my car was due for a service i asked kia east rand to please fix a dashboard rattle and a thump noise in the middle of the dash as well as a rattle noise beneath the steering wheel.

Kia told me the car was fixed.on my way home i heard the exact same rattles.

on my second service i asked them again to please fix the rattles and thump noise .once again i was told they were fixed, and once again the noises remained.

I phones around and i was told it takes approximately 3 days to remove the dash and fix the rattles.(the rattle in the dash is a common problem on the kia rio that was manufactured in november 2011)

why is it that i received my car back the same day when it takes 3 days to remove the dashboard? obviously someone to me?

Now i am told that i need to pay in the thousands to get the problem fixed because it is only covered for a year .i reported the problems in the first year of owning the car and they did not fix it.

All that i am asking for is decent service.
