Bad buy

I have bought a Ecosport (1.5L sigma TiVCT) at Ben Morgenrood Auto, the vehicle has a rattle I took it back to the shop and they said the vehicle was fine the rattle was caused by the cruise control I then told them to take out the cruise control, thereafter they said everything was ok. The vehicle still has a rattle when I called in the sales person told me to find the workshop personnel phone number, and call them myself. Please help
