Consistently efficient???

We sent our vehicle in for a routine service, it took 4 days and only then were we given a quotation for extra work, the service cost our company R54000 yet the vehicle has since been returned for poor workmanship to be rectified on 3 occassions, we have lost 7 days use of the vehicle costing our company even more money. The vehicle is never ready when promised and our driver has to sit for hours waiting. So much for their phrase "consistenlly efficient"
