Car back for 3rd time and no feedback

Desember my car was sent to Automagic Witbank for repair via Auto&Genaral, End of December i was told that the car can be collected, only to find VERY poor workmanship, mean while I started to work in Dubai, so now they taking even more chances, I sent the car back again on the 7th January 2013, after 2 weeks they said the car is ready again, only to find the workmanship even poorer!!! Didn't even take the car!! I called Johan and told him my Parent are on leave so he have a few 2 to 3 week time to repair the car to a good standard! Now its the 14th February and i called there how many times and spoken to different people to get some feed back on the status of the repair on my vehicle, evertime they say they will come back to me but the never do!!! COME ON GUYS THE CAR IS THERE FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR A FEW SCRATCHES AND MINOR DENTS!!! SERIOUSLY RIDICULOUS AND THEN YOU CANT EVEN GIVE FEEDBACK!!
