I was in an accident on the 8th of Jan. 2 days later, my car was taken to AutoMagic for a quote. The receptionist, Simmi, was handling the details. I was called 2 days after that by Simmi, being asked to bring my car in for a quote. I had already done that. 2 days after that, the receptionist from the Durban North branch calls me to ask me if I can bring in my car for a quote. Clearly, they were highly confused. After informing insurance and AutoMagic that my car has possibly a radiator leak, I was advised that it shouldn't be driven and that Brendon will come to assess my vehicle, to see if it is drivable or not. Simmi informs me that this could only be done in a week, and "I'm sorry doll, we are very busy". So I wait a week, with a car that cannot be driven. He didn't pitch. Took another day. Wasted a week and a half of mine, only to be told they cannot repair it because they do not handle such accidents and must be referred to another company. What a joke of a company. When complained about it, was told by Simmi that she was doing me a favor by getting Brendon to come have a look at it. Barbara, just as pathetic. Actually yelled at me over the phone when I was complaining. Putrid
