Empty promises

At first, I thought it is possibly only an issue at the Benoni branch, but when I tried the East Rand Mall branch, my experience revealed that these franchises only survive due to the relationships with Insurance Agencies that force members to make use of their facilities.

2 weeks ago I took my vehicle (1996 Toyota Corolla) to the Benoni branch for a quote on repairs (private). Vehicle was assessed by the owner and I was promised a quote... TWO weeks later and many phone calls & E-mails from me to him and still no quote - LOL (at least have the integrity to tell the potential client upfront that you are not interested in non insurance repairs)

So off to the East Rand Mall branch - I must be a sucker for punishment - LOL After speaking to Corne and being assured that Automagic can and want to repair my vehicle, an assessment was done and a quote was promised...

Did I receive a quote?

Hahahahahaha - awesome service Automagic, I hope that the work supplied by insurance companies will never dry up for you folk.

PS: Telling a potential client upfron that you are not interested in the job is way better than wasting everyone's time with empty promises ;)
