Iv purchased a "new" polo vivo about a year ago from VW Braamfontein. A few weeks ago, my cars head gasket cylinders blew. Being a "new" car, I'm finding it very hard to understand how that happened. I sent it in numerous times to be fixed since the car is under warranty, and got it back with no change. The car struggles to start and they see absolutely no problem with that.
I am highly frustrated, I've been more then patient with them, but it seems like they don't know their job.
I need an AA test to be done on the car to see whether I've purchased a new car or second hand, because no new car will break within a year.
