Prado rolls back in drive!! Toyota says its normal

Where in your life have you heard such... It's normal that a top of the range SUV rolles back on a driveway!!! I have driven many cars in my life and even my Isuzu bakkie did not roll back.

If this is true then I am sorry I bought a Toyota and will sell is as a matter or priority... I'm sure the German cars will have a better result!!!
