Toyota Dyna - falling into holes

We bought a 2.5 T Toyota Dyna - 4 years ago. Within a year the bed of the truck had started to rust etc. We took it back and superficial repairs were done. 4 years on it is now so bad that the bottom section has now disintegrated with big gaping holes. People who have seen it are horrified as Toyota has such a good reputation. Do we have any recourse on this? Is this normal with Toyota Dynas'?
