I purchase a FJ Cruizer last January from sales person Grobbies at the dealership. On Toyota agreement with Motor One they installed a Radio/Navigation system before I took possession of the vehicle.

The first time I left t.he Gauteng area, i picked up that the radio's reception is sub standard and just picked up one or two stations.

I immediately report this on my return to Grobbies. He refers me to Marilette at Motor One, who refers me to the technical team of Motor One.

After a long exchange and discussions the technical guy confess that they struggle with Fortuners and FJ's due to the wire antenna. He told me that he tested a few amplifiers without any success on his Toyota. But he would fix the problem as soon as possible.

On my terurn from the Southern Cape, without the luxury of my expensive radio, I again report the problem.

To my asstonishment Grobbies ans Marilette left their possitions, and nobody seems to be interested to assist me. I tried numerous times to speak to the Dealer Principle, but my calls were blocked.

I raelly would appreciate if someone in the McCarthy group can attend to my problem, or refund me so I can purchase a more reliable product.
