Bad service at NTT VW Paarl

I bought a new vehicle from VW in Hatfield Pretoria, after which I moved to Paarl in the Western Cape.

My radio started to malfunction and as the vehicle was less than a year old, figured it should be fixed or replaced under warranty. Numerous emails later I got the (too busy) service reception to answer my query. I took it to NTT VW Paarl, who knows exactly what type of radio was installed to the new vehicle, and they agreed to replace it with the same radio as purchased with. I made sure they understood that I expect the same radio to be ordered as it differs from the standard unit. Only to hear, one month later, that they have ordered the wrong radio. Another two months passed without any word from them, and still waiting.

I is issues of bad service like this that causes most people to buy from Toyota instead, where after sales service seems much better.
