Disgusting service and poor customer care!

To whom it may concern.

In December 2012 I took my car in to Durban south panel and paint (isipingo) to get a quote to fix my car. They gave me a price of R43000 and all new parts was quoted! when i picked my car up i found out that my back window wiper wasnt working so i then took my car to vw to have it checked up. i was told by vw (amanzimtoti) that my wiper was not connected and 1 of the parts on my car was fixed and put back. i then took my car back to Durban south last week Monday 04-02-13 to have a new part fitted and to have my back door re alien and back bumper fitted again nothing was done besides putting my new part back. till today nobody got back to me with regrads to sorting my bumper and door out this service is very poor and i paid cash for this job. please treat this as urgent!!! before it goes to the papers!!!
