Poor paint work

I bought my Toyota Yaris on the 12.12.2012 from Durban south Toyota. When i went to view my car on the 08.12.2012 I noticed that the passenger side doors did not have a clear coat, so my sales consultant, Linda- Lee advised me that when they have finished with my car it will be in show room condition. A week after purchasing my car i found that the clear coat is fading and the door panels have thick clear paint. When the call center contacted me with regards to the service and condition of the car I did mention that I was unsatisfied with the paint work and he would take to the highest authority, I haven't received Feedback until now. I did email Linda-Lee in January stating that I am unsatisfied with the paint work and I was ignored. The service and paint work that I have received from Durban South Toyota is rather disgusting consider the reputation it holds.
