Panel Beaters repair to BMW

I took my car into Dent Magic for a scratch on the door and bumper repair. Bumper was replaced and door fixed had to wait 3 weeks for car cause of some clips (parts) Went to view car another strip was damaged by them, they replaced. Today was told I can come and collect car, parts was not replaced correctly I had to help to clip strips in. Window on door not working, conveniently it broke at same time of the accident but they said that on Wednesday last week it still worked. Left car there at 12 o clock because of window, went to office called the assesor he instructed me to collect car, went back then the car suddenly after a year and 3 weeks of no problems does not want to start. Now a panel beater that cant do proper panel beating is working in the car's engine. I think I have a valid reason to be afraid.
