Terrible service, pathetic bike, never buy them

I have had my Retro Big Boy scooter for 1 year and have had no end of problems with it. It has been in for service every 3 months because it breaks down randomly. This is why i say the service is terrible, when you send a product for service and a month later the bike brakes down you would expect the company to pick the bike up and correct the problem free of charge. Not big boy they charged me for collection and delivery and charged me for service of the bike. I sent them invoice proof twice that the bike had been in a service a month before but they did not even respond.

They are truthally pathetic. Keep in mind this is not one branch i have email 2 branches (Fourways and Wynberg) plus i have emailed head office but no one ever replies besides for the automated reply which is useless.

Truth is i bought the bike because it was cheaper than rivals and as old saying goings "you pay for what you get." and i got service ans a bike.

For the extra R3000 - R4000 buy a Honda or Yamaha. I will definitely be doing this is the future and NEVER touch a Big Boy, you will only be disappointed. I will be selling my big boy and never look at them again.
