Really poor service

I purchased a Polo TDI 2004 in December 2012 at the above mentioned dealer. After 3 weeks the injector lights came on on took the car back to the dealer he told it me not to worry it was not a serious problem. I got a second opinion from a VW specialist and he told that I should not drive the car because it will cause more damage. I then took it back to the dealer for them to sort it out.

After 2 months the turbo blew and I am sitting without a car for over a week now when my wife phones them to find out the progress they say they have so much work they will see to our car if they get spare time.

I never even received a service history book and the right mirror has not been fixed as promised. Each time I ask the dealer for the service he has a different story.

This is really the worse customer service I have ever seen.
