I booked my car for a service about a month ago. After a day or two, my car developed a wiered noise coming out of the car, i notified the dealer & they required me to bring it back to the dealer only to find out that they did not replace the so called "turbo" which the did not have when i brought the car. They told me to go back home (over 400 km return) they will call me when the have the part "turbo". two weeks later they called & i took the car to the dealer, they couldn't finish fixing my car in one day (24/07/13) as expected, they said it will be finished the following day (25/07/13)@ 10:00 am but that was never the case due to another mechanical fault identified, which i think it was coursed by their incompetent/unskilled technicians. As it is now i don't have a car as they couldn't provide me a courtesy car as it is their fault for not doing a proper job of servicing my car correctly. this car i use it for business, i had a plan of travelling back to Musina for business purpose but i couldn't due to the inconvenience course by Audi. Their service is so pathetic, disgusting, poor, inconviniencing & unprofessional; which i will never take my car/ do business with Audi dealer.
