Dealer did not disclose full accident damage

I purchased a Kia Cerato from Auto Barn Johannesburg and discovered that there was more accident damage to the car than the dealer had disclosed. I want to cancel my finance and get my deposit back but the dealer is refusing to take return of the car. I now have to take legal action against the dealer.
