Dealership refusing to service a ca

Hi, i bought a second hand car from Audi North Cliff. I was told that the car was serviced and the car did not have a service history untill 105k and the car is currently on 144k. I was promissed that they will get a history from the previous owner. I was told that the previous owner did have a service history and the dealer kept on postponing that the car was serviced. The car had a problem and i had to take itt back and it was fixed and it was cutting out on high revs but still a service was not there.

I called Audi South Africa and they told me that i need to sort out a problem with the dealer.

My question is how will i sort out this with the dealer where as they have refused to service a car.

This means that i am walking out of the brand as i will experiance the same problem next time i buy a vehicle.

At the moment i have an Audi S4 and Audi S3.
