Fog lenses damaged

Hi, I bought my car from sanjeev who was a dealer in october last year. He advised me on the extras that I put in, example the sunroof, xenon kit smash and grab and the carbon fibre on the bonnet, which I had installed by him before I picked my car up. He got accredited people to do the work which was approved by kia. After the first few months I noticed that my fog lenses where getting burnt. I informed him about it and he sadi he will try and sort it out for me. When I went to the people who put my xenons on they said that they did not touch my fogs so my dealer has to sort it out. I have been back and forth to my dealer but with no help. When I had to do my 15 000km service I told them about the fogs, but they told me that they cannot do anything because the people who changed my lights, used 100 w globes, when the car came with 50 watts so they have to change it. I went back to the people who changed the globes but they have denied touching it. I have been phonig my dealer to try and help me but I keep getting the run around. Can you please advise me what action can I take so my problem can be solved. My dealer is no longer at pinetown, he has transfered to the amanzimtoti.
