Bad Service

I booked my car in on 12/12/06 for major service at VW Centurion. Everything went as planned. They called me and told me that my car was done by 10am. 1st mistake they made was promise to send a driver which never happened. I had to walk at 2pm to the autohaus itself to go and collect my car which I wasn't happy about. A few weeks later when it started raining I realised that my brake pads were EXTREMELY noisy as if they were old, my hand brake wasn't fastened tight enough as my car kept rolling back on the slightest steep area I parked it. When someone called me to enquire about the service I mentioned that I wasn't happy at all about the problems. On monday/tuesday someone called me again and I mentioned to her that I wasn't happy AGAIN and she promised to get someone to call me back by 11am about the problem because all she concerned about was whether I remember her calling me. These issues create problems for us when accidents happens and we need to deal with the insurance companies.
