Booked my car in the 11th of Jan this year (2013) they asked me what I needed fixed, told them that I needed my hooters & brake discs fixed to which I was told that they were covered by the standard warranty, when I went back to collect my car they then said they have fixed what I asked & that they have also fitted new brake pads to which I didn't ask them to but then thought that maybe they saw that they needed to be replaced to which they did but again no one called me about this.2 days later I got a call from a lady working there saying they made a mistake and that I actually needed to pay R679 & a couple of cents for the brake pads, this was a careless mistake to make & which then cost me so much money on something I didn't even budget for, even though she uttered the words sorry they would never replace the R679.00 that I then had to pay. I am very displeased to say the least by the bad service I have received from VW Soweto & I will never go back there again & I will spread the word to my fellow VW driving acquaintances. It baffles me why I needed to pay for someone's mistake.
