YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE - THERE IS NONE!

DHL has got to be the WORST courier company out there. At my previous company and my current we have kicked them into touch, unfortunately sometimes our customers insist on using them as happened yesterday. DHL collected and today I find the parcel stuck in customs. When I called NOBODY seemed to know anything. I spent an hour on the phone - NO JOY!!! As I type this I am still holding on and they keep transferring me from one department to the next and nobody knows anything.

DHL - DROP IT, HIDE IT, LOSE IT.
