Parcel force is UNRELIABLE!!

Parcel force worldwide!! This is the worst courier company ever! they are so unreliable, they don't deliver on time, now I am starting to get worried that my parcel is missing! the parcel has been forwarded since the 17th September 2013 I still haven't received or heard anything from them! today is the 10th October 2013.. their call centers are impossible to go through! they put me on hold until my airtime depleted.. I am in urgent need of my parcel and it seems as if I am not getting anywhere with this, they are so annoying! they don't care about their customers.. I may not be able to do anything about this, but I know that word of mouth spreads faster than a virus! I advice everybody NEVER USE THIS COURIER COMPANY (Parcel force worldwide) rather go for DHL.. I am so angry and disappointed!
